Mason’s amazing, colorful coffee creations

Mason Salisbury (Instagram @ibrewcoffee), a barista in Las Vegas, has an Instagram page full of latte photos with the leaf designs. But what makes the posts extremely different are the innovation he brings to the latte patterns. Instead of creating an entirely different leaf design, he simply adds color – and the result is amazing. Replacing espresso, the creative barista adds food dye to the frothed milk, making a rainbow colored leaf. Even more interesting than the design is watching Mason pour the food-dyed milk on top of the latte.
